Quality Health Foundation Awards
$275,000 in Local Grants
Columbia, Maryland, July 2, 2008 - The Quality Health Foundation, the mission arm of Quality Health Strategies, recently announced local grants totaling $275,000.
A total of eight awards have been awarded by the Quality Health Foundation, formed in May 2003 out of funds from the Delmarva Foundation, an Easton-based not-for–profit quality improvement organization with more than 30 years experience in conducting and evaluating health care quality improvement initiatives. The mission of the Quality Health Foundation is to provide charitable grants to organizations that wish to undertake improvement projects with funding based on the project’s potential to impact access to and quality of healthcare to individuals and communities.
Questions
about funding priorities?
After reading our "Funding Priorities," do you still question
whether your organization meets our criteria? Not sure if your improvement
project qualifies for a grant? Well, we've added a pre-screen application
in which you answer the required questions, and feedback will be provided
to you on your described improvement project. The pre-screen application
will take only a few minutes to complete, but will provide you with meaningful
feedback. Go to "How to Apply" to download the Pre-Screen Application.
