  J. Bruce Williams J. Bruce Williams, BES, Treasurer, is Chairman of the Building Board of Adjustments and Appeals for the City of Salisbury, Maryland and a member of the Maryland State Bank Advisory Board.
  Mary B. Burgoyne Mary B. Burgoyne, MD, is a practicing adult and pediatric rheumatology physician at the Orthopedic Center in Easton, Maryland. Her Rheumatology memberships include the American College of Physicians/American Society of Internal Medicine, the Arthritis Foundation - Maryland Chapter, The International Society for Clinical Densitometry (ISCD), and the Medical & Chirurgical Faculty of Maryland (MedChi).
  Ronald G. Forsythe, Jr. Ronald G. Forsythe, Jr., PhD, is Vice President for Information Technology and Outreach at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES). His cross-divisional responsibilities include establishing new academic programs, providing accreditation support, and expanding the university’s research capacity.
